Humans to Humans is the first Corporate Activism company in Italy founded by Valentino Magliaro. It accomplishes business growth projects with public and private organizations, proposing social responsibility activities, through solutions that focus on the sustainability of the person and the planet.

Valentino Magliaro, born in 1992, was chosen by Forbes Italia in 2019 as one of the 100 Italian leaders under 30 in the social entrepreneurs category. He is part of the Environment and Innovation Commission of the Italian Federation of Human Rights and has always been involved in educational projects like the one with Ferrero for Expo 2015 in Milan. 

 

In 2017, his commitment in schools was rewarded by Barack Obama who invited him, among the 300 Civic Leaders in the world, to the first meeting of the Obama Foundation in Chicago. After the experience as public relations manager of the Spaggiari Parma Group, leader in the world of education, he founded Humans to Humans (HtoH), a Corporate Activism company that offers companies projects for business growth with the sustainability of the people and the planet and accompanies organizations in building their reputation with stakeholders

Capitale Umano Italiano is an ethical movement that brings together young Italian talents working in any sector so that, by comparing and putting together their experiences, they can give new generations concrete advice to succeed in this liquid world. They work together to achieve the goals set by point 8 of the UN 2030 Agenda, countering the phenomenon of NEETs (young people who do not study and do not work) to remove them from social exclusion and chronic unemployment. Their call to action is: "Young people are 25% of the world population, but 100% of the future".

The debate, moderated by Dr. Gloria Diana Rwakihembo - Director of Strategic Planning of International World, will focus on Environment, Gender Equality and the role of young people in the Crisis. The SDGs set us the achievement of some objectives but do we really know the problems of the phenomena? A debate that sees as the main guest, the changemaker Carlo Infante - Urban Experience, to which questions will be asked on the themes of the environment, gender equality, communication and crisis. The panel aims to talk about the future, a positive future. The other guests are Dr. Michele Pavan - President of Mondo Internazionale and analyst for crisis prevention, Dr. Valentina Foscoli - Director of Foreign Affairs of Mondo Internazionale and conference interpreter English / Arabic, and Dr. Francesca Castiglione - Director of Communication of International World, scholar of communication strategies and publication planning.

The debate will bring to light concrete cases, in particular addressed to Africa, concerning the experience of speakers in the international arena.
