We are targeting to host our first festival from 14th to 17th of November, 2019.

Since are an environmentally conscious festival, our goal is to first and foremost encourage everyone to find environmentally friendly modes of transportation. However, there is street parking available.

Press accreditations are only possible if you are a photographer, or journalist, with an existing medium. Not for personal purposes or a hobby. Please be aware of that YouthMundus does not allow market research, surveys, or information-gathering on our Festival Site.

Yes, inside the venue, and it has an extra cost.

The information stand will be used as a lost property stand. At the end of each day, all the objects which have been handed in are taken back to the information stand where they can be reclaimed.

For recreational purposes only, of course you can! Please note that some artists may have their own restrictions. More detailed info coming soon.

You will not be allowed in with professional cameras (reflex) or with video cameras, except in the cases where you have been authorized by the organization of the festival.

We take security and safety extremely seriously. They are of the utmost importance. There will be a dedicated security team on site.

On the festival site you will find medical services where first aid care will be available. You can talk to any member of the YouthMundus staff and they will get a medical service team to you.

We conduct an absolute zero tolerance policy with regard to any illegal substances. If you need to take prescribed medication due to health problems, please make sure that your medication is in properly labeled containers that match the holder’s ID (no pillboxes!).

No handing out of anything—including flyers, stickers, cards, or any promotional item—is allowed in any area inside or outside the Festival Site, except from within a booth in the Exhibit Hall or when preapproved for placement.

No. The YouthMundus trademarks, intellectual property, passes and wristbands may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes it any commercial purpose. Our official festival sponsors do so with the express permission of the festival organizers. Please review our Terms and Conditions.

No. If you don’t have vending approval from the festival organizers, your items will be surrendered/confiscated.

No retail sales are allowed anywhere on the Festival Site unless you purchased or were allocated exhibit space. This includes the Exhibit Hall, common areas such as lobbies, program rooms, and outside venues. Retail sales are strictly limited to the exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall. In addition, there is no solicitation of tips, fees, or donations for any reason, unless you have a booth, table, or official space allocated by YouthMundus.
