Our team is incredibly excited to announce our latest collaboration with DivInc. DivInc's Founder, Jay Richards is the 5th of 6 children from migrant parents. From getting involved in robbery while at school to now the Founder of DivInc and a Forbes 30under30 entrepreneur, he credits his Business Studies teacher at school for guiding his sense of entrepreneurship in the right direction at the right time and now aims to help young people to get a head start in their entrepreneurial journey.

DivInc believes young people deserve to realize their full entrepreneurial potential. Their mission is to help underestimated Gen Z to utilize their genius to solve the challenges of the world’s greatest brands or to launch their own startup businesses.
They use a percentage of their profits to run a free startup incubator in secondary schools across the UK. The three month online incubator guides students from idea all the way to how to pitch. The best ideas are then selected and given a chance to pitch for funding from investors at their demo day. Founder, Jay Richards truly believes that the transferable skills learnt from launching your own startup are vital for a young person to be a success as they leave secondary school.
